Students at École Autonome de Butare Begin Final Exams

Primary Four students focus intently as they take their Kinyarwanda exams on Friday.

As the academic year comes to a close, students at École Autonome de Butare (EAB) are entering an important phase—the final examination period. Starting yesterday, students began their exams administered by the National Examinations and School Assessment Authority (NESA), which will continue through next Thursday.

These exams represent a significant milestone, allowing learners to showcase the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the year. Upon completing their exams, all students will enter the “rapport” period starting next Friday—a time dedicated to reviewing results and preparing for the next steps in their academic journey.

Looking ahead, EAB is pleased to announce that the graduation ceremony will be held on June 28th. This special occasion will celebrate the achievements and hard work of our students as they complete their current level of education.

In particular, our Primary 6 students, who are concluding their primary education, will take their final exams from June 30th to July 3rd. We wish them the very best as they prepare for this important milestone and the opportunities ahead.

We invite the entire EAB community—students, teachers, families, and supporters—to come together in encouragement and support during this busy and rewarding time. With commitment and perseverance, our students are well positioned for a bright future.
